Terms governing Dallas Picks: the nature of the rankings, listing claims, Pro and Top subscriptions and permitted use.
Who these terms apply to
Everyone who visits dallaspicks.com or uses its “For businesses” area. Continuing to use the site means you agree.
Rankings, not guarantees
Each ranking reflects our criteria applied to public information at a point in time. It doesn’t vouch for any job, price or outcome, and any contract is solely between you and the business.
Information from others
Ratings, review counts, categories, hours and photos come from public third-party sources and can change without notice. Verify what matters before you commit.
Claiming and editing
Owners verify their connection to a business to claim it for free. Their edits are published at once and checked afterward; we may undo edits that are untrue, self-promotional or in breach of these terms. Additions of new businesses are reviewed first.
Subscriptions
Pro and Top renew yearly and are billed by Stripe. One free trial of 7 days is available to each business. Pro unlocks a complete profile; Top places an already ranked business among the first positions, with a label. Cancellation stops renewal, and the plan lasts until the paid term ends.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal activity, automated scraping, attempts to bypass access controls, impersonation and false or misleading submissions.
Ownership of content
Text, rankings, layout and the Dallas Picks name belong to us or our licensors. Brief quotation with attribution is fine; substantial reuse requires permission. Send copyright notices to info@dallaspicks.com.

The site is provided as is. We cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy at all times and are not liable for goods or services from listed businesses. We may revise these terms; the posted version governs.
